Welcome to the O.V.D.R.C. Website
Dear Visitor,
Welcome to our Riding Club website. Ouse Valley & District is a small, friendly club encompassing the Woodingdean, Saltdean, Rottingdean, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Seaford & Lewes areas. Although not one of the more prominent clubs in the South East Ouse Valley has continued to provide events and activities for local riders for over thirty years.
At Ouse Valley we are very aware that for many, competition riding is not a regular occurrence and can be very stressful so we aim to make our shows friendly, fun and supportive to all riders regardless of age and ability. As a club we offer our members evening training clinics in jumping and flatwork through the summer, a source of advice/contacts, ‘Ouse News’ our newsletter and we are currently working on providing more club activities through the winter months. The club also sends teams to compete against other local riding clubs with varying degrees of success.
